Today Carbotech, based in Martinsicuro (TE), is led by Eng. Lorenzo Dattoli, and counts among its clients companies from around the world such as Brose, Bosch, Prestolite, Bühler, Johnson Electric, and many others. The organization of Carbotech is completely focused on the graphite brushes production, metalgraphite and elettrografite for various applications such as starter motors, alternators, power windows, H-VAC, power tools and various household appliances.
The Carbotech has a history of courage and passion, was in fact created on the ashes of an Italian company ended up in the hands of multinationals who wanted to relocate. The company breaks away from the group and is renewed in February 2009 with a daring management operation byout by Eng. Dattoli, only 36-year old at the time, with the birth of a new reality, the following year, is named precisely the Carbotech. In eight years the company has grown in terms of sales, human resources, research and innovation.
Research, innovation and development are indeed the watchwords of Martinsicuro company that has chosen to reinvest profits, in fact betting on internal and external research, to innovate products and processes as a necessary condition for sustainable growth. This strategy enabled the Carbotech to be counted in 2015 between innovative SMEs, by enrolling into the Special Register at the Chamber of Commerce.
In 2016 the Carbotech has established a new company in Serbia the "Carbotech Industrije" with its capital 100% owned. This was followed by the construction of an industrial warehouse of 2000 square meters covered, on an area of 10,000 sqm., the location chosen for the settlement in the free zones of the City of Smederevo, a town about 40 kilometers south of Belgrade.
The use of personnel in research, cultural attitudes conducive to innovation, the company's strong bond with its territory, the remarkable spirit of initiative and flexibility, are the characteristics that represent what is now the Carbotech.
